Full architectural services were provided.
The project required the replacement of existing rooftop units serving the Theatre and Childcare area. The project also required the removal of all electric heating and light fixtures within the Childcare area, and retrofit with hydronic reheat coils and radiant ceiling panels, and new LED light fixtures. New controllers were required as well, along with the replacement of end devices, sensors, and software upgrade to suit the Building Automation System. The architect provided overall coordination, communication, and organization resulting in a successful project completion.
