The project required cooling retrofit to the offices, library, gym, and LAN room.
The cooling retrofit included new roof top units, DX cooling coils, and split AC system for the LAN room. The cooling retrofit also included a new control system.
The parking lot asphalt and associated lighting were removed and replaced with new asphalt and new LED light standards.
