This new two-storey elementary school is located on a 6.0-acre site in Stouffville, Ontario and encompasses approximately 63,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed learning space. The main floor includes eleven classrooms, an instrumental music room, a full gymnasium with stage, and centralized administrative offices, creating an engaging and efficient educational environment.
The second floor features thirteen classrooms, a dedicated environmental and art classroom, and a Learning Commons Centre that supports collaborative and flexible learning. Despite early delays in the site plan approval process due to limited responsiveness from the developer, the project benefitted from an experienced and highly cooperative general contractor who successfully recovered lost time, enabling the school to open on budget and well ahead of schedule.
