The program included a new grades JK-8 elementary school and a three-classroom childcare facility, site development and site servicing.
The new facility was designed for a student population of 294, from grade JK to Grade 6, and included a full three classroom daycare for infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers.
The site plan was designed to allow for a vehicular access from Festival Drive, with a bus drop-off route, located on the east side, fronting on Festival Drive, as well as the school bus drop-off zone and fire route.
The main parking lot facility is located on the North side of the building, with the main student play area located at the back (West side) of the school. The site plan also includes a regulation size soccer pitch on the south of the property, as well as a mini soccer pitch with artificial turf. The kindergarten and daycare exterior play areas are located on the south side of the school, next to the dedicated childcare parking.
The childcare and KG fenced play areas are located on the south side of the school, adjacent to the soccer pitch.
The school will open to the students on September 2026.
