Lakeridge Ski Resort

Cellucci+Pace was retained by the Lakeridge Ski Resort in October of 2018 to design a 6,500 sf addition to the north wing of the existing ski resort. This north wing included the renovation to the existing commercial kitchen as well as a new LULA lift addition and a prayer room in the lower level, as well as a second floor multi purpose two storey steel structure for a climbing structure and restaurant seating areas. The new LULA lift also served a new third floor office facility storage area. While the design was underway, the client decided to go ahead with a second phase addition to the south wing, including the addition of a 6,000 sf rental equipment and cashiers, as well new offices and boutique shop. This wing also included the demolition and renovation of the existing ski shops and rental areas, as well as the restaurant sitting areas.

The project also included a major site redevelopment with the addition of a new fire department driveway access/circle and improvements to the septic system and a new large stair connecting the upper parking area and rental facility to the south parking lot.

Due to the COVID19 restriction the second phase of the project are currently on hold while the construction of the south wing is being finalized for occupancy.
