Claudio Cellucci was the project director and project manager, for this childcare addition for the CSC Monaveir daycare school in Waterloo, Ontario.
The design included the demolition of an existing separate entrance to the existing two-room childcare facility already in operation. The addition was occupied in June of 2022, based on the original schedule.
Due to COVID19 price increases, the project tender was received at $916,750.
Cost savings were identifies by C+P and the cost consultants, but these were not implemented by the client.
