Full architectural services were provided.
The project required the replacement of the existing chiller and existing cooling tower; the replacement of all existing pumps, and make-up water system and chemical treatment system.
The retrofit also required a split DX cooling unit in the LAN room, and a new opening in the exterior wall in the existing chiller room, in order to facilitate the installation of winterized doors to provide exiting and future maintenance of the new chiller, if required.
