The project comprised a complete renovation of the main customer service offices interiors as well as the redesign of the front of house millwork counter and public counter. The vending kiosk and kitchen area was also renovated giving the space a fresh look with branding improvements and accessible counter space.
As the main purpose of these renovations was accessibility and AODA compliance, our office strictly adhered to the Mississauga accessibility guidelines documents and city’s requirements.
The existing male and female washrooms were also completely renovated with a new fresh look and updated materials, from rubber flooring to new partitions and fixtures. All signage was redesigned to the city’s FADS & AODA standards.
The project achieved substantial savings by using local materials and local contractors.
