The project comprised a complete removal of the existing non compliant lifts, at both facilities; Clarke Memorial Hall and MiWay Admin Office.
As the main purpose of these renovations was accessibility and AODA compliance, our office strictly adhered to the Mississauga accessibility guidelines documents and city’s requirements. The projects started in November of 2019, and were completed in the Spring of 2020.
The project achieved substantial performance under COVID19, with minor schedule delays
